About
Dr Crookes is a specialist psychiatrist in Cape Town making use of both therapy and medication to achieve optimal treatment outcomes with the intention to improve mental health.
He completed his medical degree in 2012 and has been practicing in psychiatry since 2019. He has experience treating numerous mental health conditions which was gained through years of training at various facilities including: Groote Schuur Hospital and Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital.
Qualifying as a psychiatrist through the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 2024, he is also a Fellow of The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA) holding the FC Psych (SA) qualification. Dr Crookes is dedicated to the needs of those he supports and aims to help achieve their best level of wellness.
